but nevertheless, these fees may change without notice in the future).

Insurance
(i.e., "Is it covered?")
The fast answer is: Maybe.
Unfortunately, however, your insurance company will do everything it can to avoid paying for vein injections.
Because of this, we do not "accept assignment" from insurance companies. You must pay us, and we will do everything we can to help you get reimbursed by your carrier.
"Spider veins", as you probably already know, are never covered.
Large varicose veins used to be automatically covered. This is no longer the case. These days, even vein surgery is sometimes denied.
Nevertheless, there are still many instances where insurance will pay for all or part of a treatment. If you have medically significant varicose veins, we will do everything necessary to facilitate the submitting of a claim, and to file all papers necessary to maximize your chances for getting your carrier to reimburse you for part of the expense of treatment.
